Raising Healthy Kids 101 takes an anti-diet approach to healthy eating & weight loss. We believe in meeting students where they are & assisting them as they navigate through the challenges & obstacles faced with food & nutrition.

This course includes 7 step-by-step modules with a total of 26 lessons. Modules are created using text, video & audio, giving students an opportunity to learn regardless of their learning style.


Extended Access


All registered students have access to all modules, recordings, bonuses, etc., until 365 days after registration. This will allow flexibility of taking the course at your own pace.

Live Email Support


Between modules, students will have the opportunity email the Registered Dietitian to discuss any questions, concerns, obstacles, etc. that may have occurred during the course.

Community & Support


Email access & comment options will allow the students & instructor to interact & build a relationship. By doing so, everyone is able to journey together as a whole. All students have the option to work 1:1 with the dietitian at a discounted rate.

Meet the Instructor


My name is Earnestine Jackson, & I am a Licensed & Registered Dietitian. Ironically enough, nutrition became a passion of mine AFTER growing up as an obese child with poor dietary habits & no true relationship with food. In my world, food was a survival mechanism & I NEVER understood the impact & role it played in my body.

At age 16, my mother was diagnosed with diabetes & it was THAT moment that I knew a change needed to happen. After 10+ months, my mother & I collectively lost over 100 lbs. Amazed at the results we achieved, a flame in me SPARKED, & out poured the desire to study & dig deep into nutrition.

Our relationship with food is groomed in the womb & nurturing that relationship can be difficult, especially with very little guidance. I created Raising Healthy Kids 101 to provide nutrition resources & education that I lacked as child to my community, & to others like yourself. I’ve lived it, experienced it, & now my desire is to help others achieve the same!

How long is the course?

The course is designed to be taken one module at a time, totaling 7 weeks. However, the course is self paced. There are 7 modules. Modules have 3-5 lessons each. You will have access to ALL modules at the time of purchase, if purchased after 10/31/2022.

What if I am unable to keep up with the course or fall behind on the lessons?

This is a self-paced course. You may access the course when it is convenient for you. You have access to the entire course for 365 days after registration.

How long does it take to see results?

Time to see results vary based on each individual's goals, how hard they work, & their level of consistency. With hard work, consistency, implementation, & determination, results can be seen before the course is complete.

When will I be able to begin the course?

Class officially begins 10/31/2022. You will NOT be able to access any lessons/modules until this date.
